As a component of the Michigan Dental Association (MDA), the Muskegon District Dental Society (MDDS) operates under the Tripartite system. This means that as a member of the MDA, you also become a member of the American Dental Association (ADA) and the MDDS. You are therefore gaining the resources of each organization to take advantage of “the power of three". Whether member dentists are caring for one patient, a community, a state, or a nation, organized dentistry is about improving oral health care

Legislation still in full effect nationwide
A federal judge in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama ruled March 1 that the Corporate Transparency Act is unconstitutional, following a lawsuit alleging that the law violates five U.S. Constitutional Amendments.
