As a component of the Michigan Dental Association (MDA), the Muskegon District Dental Society (MDDS) operates under the Tripartite system. This means that as a member of the MDA, you also become a member of the American Dental Association (ADA) and the MDDS. You are therefore gaining the resources of each organization to take advantage of “the power of three". Whether member dentists are caring for one patient, a community, a state, or a nation, organized dentistry is about improving oral health care

ADA urges 'all hands on deck' in coalition letter
The Food and Drug Administration and the Department of Justice announced a new federal agency task force aimed at combatting illegal sales and distribution of e-cigarettes. The ADA has previously advocated for mitigating unauthorized e-cigarette products, including flavored products that put young people at risk.
